Weeks 1 to 8: Content Coverage
Weeks 1 to 2: Time value of money, interest rates, discount rates. Weeks 3 to 4: Annuities (level, increasing, decreasing). Weeks 5 to 6: Loans, amortization schedules, sinking funds. Week 7: Bonds (pricing, yield rates, callable bonds). Week 8: Interest rate swaps, determinants of interest rates, yield curves. Study 10 to 12 hours per week. Weeks 9 to 16: Practice and Review
Weeks 9 to 10: Comprehensive problem sets mixing all topics. Weeks 11 to 12: First two full practice exams with thorough review. Weeks 13 to 14: Focus on weak areas identified from practice exams, take two more practice exams. Week 15: Final practice exams and formula review. Week 16: Light review and rest.
